Our Production Process

Once you place your order, we will review it and confirm within 2 business days.
Once your product is complete, you will receive a text alerting you that photos and a video of the product are ready for your approval. We ask that you review and approve your product within 24 hours. Approvals after the 24-hour window may result in delivery delays. We will not ship your product until we receive your approval.
After you approve the video, we will ship your product via the shipping method you select at checkout. We currently ship to the USA only. We offer multiple shipping methods for you to choose from.
You will receive a message or email with the tracking number and expected delivery date once we ship your product.
